1. The user's payment for legal and consulting service - the fixed monthly payment which is defined proceeding from kinds of services of their complexity and volumes. It can include the certain quantity of working hours of experts of our company with corresponding updating on the end of month.
2. Hourly payment - payment of working hours of experts of the company, proceeding from quantity of spent time for rendering of services to the Client.
3. The fixed payment - the size of payment certain and coordinated with the Client for execution of individually certain services.
4. Payment for result - the size of payment is defined and paid depending on reception of the stipulated positive result for the Client. It can be defined as the concrete stipulated sum, and in a percentage parity to result.

We understand compensation by the Client of expenses and charges as indemnification of expenses suffered by our company in connection with granting of services to the Client. Such expenses and charges can be: charges on business trips, services of the notary and the translator, State Taxes and gathering, the express train of mail, couriers, telephone conversations both expenses another and another justified and coordinated with the Client and charges.

3. Development and support of investment memorandums and projects

At the stage of financing realization or attraction of external financing we shall consult the Client in questions of sources' choice of financing, forms, terms and conditions of financing, we shall carry on negotiations with investors with the purpose of attraction of financial resources, we shall take part in formalization of attitudes with the investors.
At the stage of support transaction we shall carry out legal audit under the orders of the Client (due diligence) object of the transaction or actives, we shall develop and we shall offer the Client corresponding contracts or contracts for realization of the transaction.
